Our client is a famous US owned enterprise in Qingdao.

Job Title: Finance Controller

Principle Responsibilities
·Planning and Budgeting
(i) Drive company budget planning and forecasting; and review/monitor company activities
against budget and plan in order to achieve company's operating targets for the fiscal year.
(ii) Approve and monitor the execution of finance department's budget and plan in order to
ensure sufficient resources to successfully complete tasks.
·Policies and Procedures
(i) Drive corporate finance related policies/procedures execution in order to comply with the
corporate strategy and guidelines.
(ii) Develop and review finance related policies and procedures according to corporate policies
in order to provide guidelines and direction for responsible entities and enhance internal control
effectiveness.
(iii) Audit other functions' policies/procedures in order to improve company operation
efficiency and effectiveness.
(iv) Approve SOX documentation and improvement action plan in order to comply with SOX
requirements, internal control policies, corporate policies as well as align with company
situation.
·People Management and Development
(i) Develop and coach direct reports and key staff in order to retain key staff and identify
successors for key positions.
(ii) Establish and improve communication channels in order to improve team morale and
working efficiency.
·Financial Analysis and Reporting
(i) Review key items of capital and operating expense and drive necessary actions in order to
minimize the gaps with original plan.
(ii) Prioritize CAPEX(Capital Expenditure) projects in order to optimize utilization of finance
resource.
(iii) Approve company financial key reports in order to ensure report accuracy and timely
delivery.
·Cost Saving
Drive cost saving activities and projects in order to achieve cost saving goals.
·Asset Management
(i) Push logistics and production department to improve inventory asset management efficiency
and accuracy in order to reduce company inventory cost.
(ii) Push equipment department to improve non-inventory asset management efficiency and
effectiveness in order to improve the utilization of non-inventory assets.
·Project Management
Provide project direction and solve project key issues in order to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
·Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent
·Minimum 10 years work experience (Finance, work experience in MNC, costing background,
solid succeed story)
·Minimum 5 years management experience (Finance)
·Outstanding, leadership, proactive, good spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese
