主要职责及其他工作内容如下：

协调各部门及时按照项目时间节点完成产品开发（从开始至该项目的移交）

项目初期技术规范的定义及传导；

及时从产品功能和开发技术的角度定义所开发项目的分零件的要求，以确保新项目的开发进度；

配合采购部门完成供应商的选择，技术支持，并跟踪供应商的开发进度；

管理及解决重大技术困难，以确保实现设计及时间的目标；

定义并验证项目的预算、优先级及接口；负责项目成本控制，根据客户及公司内的项目管理流程，开展和协调项目开展的相关活动，并遵守国家法律和环境的要求；

管理开发汽车及工业行业的管路系统，特别是管理层优先推荐的产品组；

管理客户询价产品的设计、开发、样件、报价申请及技术支持，并管理项目组内涉及开发的问题，直到批量生产阶段之前；项目预警等.

提出新项目的开发要求，包括制定出新产品和现有产品的专利(如果有)；

检查并纠正图纸和相关的项目文件；支持团队（包括工装、质量、生产部门）对产品的失效模式分析；为工厂运营提供技术支持.

访问客户，供应商，代表诺马（中国）有限公司进行技术协议谈判，提供技术解决方案；

制定并与客户协商实验规范；与实验工程师准备所需的测试规范和测试装置，完成实验过程并提交实验报告。 教育背景/工作经历： 具有3年以上的有技术背景的工作，熟悉金属，塑料件一般生产工艺； 有做过塑料/橡胶、发动机、管路系统等机械行业经验者优先； 理工科专业背景，本科学历以上 其他技能要求： 掌握CAD / CAM系统； 熟悉并能应用一般设计的工具/方法，GD&T,等； 理解SPC工具； 熟悉Microsoft Office和IBM Lotus Notes； 良好的书面和口头英语； 熟悉汽车企业规范； 适应性强，具有团队合作精神，正直，忠诚，能积极无误的完成所给的任务； 适应经常出差； 熟悉汽车质量管理体系TS16949（FMEA，CP，APQP， PPAP）、OHSAS18001和ISO14001标 准的基本知识
