职位描述
职责：
- 负责西餐厅后厨的正常运营，包括菜品质量、菜品开发、人员管理、成本控制等；
- 制定和贯彻后厨的规章制度和工作流程，以身作则，严格管理，保证各方面工作有序顺利进行；
- 标准化烹饪流程管理，保证菜品口味和质量的高水准和稳定性；
- 合理计划、厉行节约，控制成本和管理费用，维护和提供准确明细的成本、库存和费用数据，保证餐厅整体的利润率。
要求：
- 为人正直诚信，开朗乐观，积极向上，待人接物真诚热情，具有亲和力何正能量；
- 工作态度端正，认真主动，执行能力强，具有高度的责任感和抗压能力；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神、协调能力、组织计划能力及发现问题解决问题的能力；
- 有一定的英文基础，能够与外国人简单交流；
- 对西餐菜品的开发和制作有深厚的理解和丰富的经验，有一定的菜品创新能力；
- 具有五年以上餐厅厨师工作经历和两年以上西餐主厨的经验。
