职位描述
岗位职责：
1，订单ERP录入，负责整个订单的安排和管理，统计销售数据；
2、负责公司合同、商务档案等文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管；
3，负责进口，出口以及产品商检等相关业务
4，协助主管完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范，做好销售的后台支持
5，协助销售人员进行往来客户的联系，对外商务接待、票务及会务的安排；
6，协调与其他部门的合作，并完成其他临时交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、专科以上学历，有ERP操作经验者优先考虑 ；
2，良好的英语能力。
3，工作认真、仔细、有责任心，良好的领悟执行能力。
4、工作积极主动、服从领导安排，做事认真、细心、负责；
5、熟练使用办公软件等；
