-Definition:

Mechanical engineer is in charge of product’s design, do the related test and provide product’s after-sale service.

-Mission:

Mechanical engineer is able to provide daily support to production and trouble shoot all issues related to the immersion heater and cooling system.

-Responsibility:

1. Understand the company’s product, collect, settle and manage producing data.

2. Use Auto CAD, 3D and solidworks to design the sample and provide the technical support.

3. Assist general manager to participate in projects as productivity improvement, raise production efficiency, reduce cycle time, etc.

4. Highlight any abnormalities in the process, and take actions for the process deviation according to the documents.

5. Be qualified and able to professionally operate the equipment in the responsible section.

6. Heater‘s tracking, inspection, test, feedback, analysis and provide after-sales service to the client.

7. Assist and track cooling system’s producing. Give worker (with clear description and requirement) to production and supervise their producing behavior to ensure product were totally the same with order.

8. Responsible for product testing reports, product and equipment instruction, operation process

9. Purchasing the related testing equipment independently.

10. Work with electrical engineer and able to know how to use the cabinet.

11. Other tasks appointed by general manager.

-Profile / Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred;

2. At least 2 years experience in engineer;

3. Familiar with 3D software, solidworks and office;

4. Good Mechanical skills on equipment;

5. Good team cooperation consciousness;

6. Good communication skill in English (French is a plus).

7. Able to go to business trip.
