Purpose of the position

Product development guides the development direction of company’s products, relating to product update frequency and quality. Required developer has wide mind and vision, knowing various production methods, request and specification.

Independent develops new products, update and complete the drawing and design.

Minimum qualifications

Project development is a pressure job, require work seriously, firm attitude, while in the completion of development to achieve economical use of company’s costs.

Keep communication with leadership of the company and drawing designer, timely reporting of products progress and technical requirements, communicate with each department.

Working experience工作经历

8 years’ work experience in glass industry；

Project management experience 5 years’

Competencies

Operational capacity: knowing several of glassware production methods and quality requirement. Analyzing problems of quality and others during the production are according to different glassware.
