质量验货员是在这验货进程中，建立质量与社会责任的同时来支持采购团队，并保证产品的法律效能。 因此,我们现在需要招聘一些验货员来加入我们的队伍.

我们即将招募在以下领域的质量检查员若干:

-纺织/成衣产品,袜子等

我们希望您能：

-在中国中部地区组织和进行装船前的前期,中尾期的验货，偶尔会到中国南部或北部验货

-批准制成品

-生产过程检验和/或过程审核

-教育厂商改善，并实现一致的产品质量水平

-在质量验货员的指导下进行验厂工作

-在产品上,帮助介绍和设立新的条款

-作为买主的前站力量,帮助采购团队的产品质量现状和发展方面有所提高

-改进任务的追踪工作

-质量索赔跟进工作

-执行产前会议,核对生产前所有预备工作及 面/辅料到位情况, 生产时间,质量监管,流程要点, 把预计的生产问题提前解决。

-工作流程,建议快捷有效改善方案,提高效率及准确性的汇报。

-愿意接受弹性一周工作调整时间安排。

您的资格应该是:

至少三年的相关工作经验

中专同等或以上学历

有质量检验证书为佳

能够理解英文的写和说

中国民族人

We are about to recruit a couple of QC Inspectors in Textile/Garment products, socks (softline)……

Job duties:

Organize and conduct Pre/Inline/Final Shipment Inspections in Central part of China and occasionally in Southern or the Northern part

Approval of finished goods

Manufacturing process inspection and/ or process audit

Educate vendors to improve and achieve a consistent product quality level

Do factory audit under guidance of QA Supervisor

Help to introduce and set up new items into production

Be the eyes and ears for our vendors, inform merchandising team of product quality situations and developments effecting our products

Corrective action follow up

Quality claims follow up

PP meeting, responsible to check quality of bulk fabric and accessories, time and action plan, bring upfront alert to discuss potential quality issue before actual CUT.

Propose improvement of working procedure in order to increase of efficiency of output as well as simple but direct clear inspection results to management for getting approval / comments.

Willing to accept flexibility changes of working days weekly under compensate leave

KPI:

Number of quality inspections

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM three (3) years of SOLID inspection experience in relevant product group

Technical school or equivalent

Quality inspection training / certificate holder

Understanding of written and spoken English

Native Chinese National
