岗位职责：

1.负责项目公司的公司法务，包括公司设立、变更、年检等；
2.负责起草、审核房地产各业务板块相关合同及法律文件，包括工程、合约、财务、市场、营销及运营等板块；
3.负责公司各部门法律事务的咨询答复，控制法律风险，包括开发、运营、劳动人事等事宜；
4.就公司各部门重要事务，参与协商及谈判，出具意见并协助设计方案及流程；
5.收集、研究房地产相关法律、法规，政策研究，评估影响并制定应对措施；
6.支持项目合规检查；
7.部门内部组织协调及日常事务；

职位要求：

1.法律专业本科及以上学历，法律专业知名的重点大学毕业背景优先;
2.取得律师资格证书或司法职业资格证书;
3.5年房地产法务工作经验，具备知名房企工作经历或知名律所房地产业务部门经历;
4.协调沟通能力突出。
