工作职责：
1、协助总部制定总体销售战略、销售计划并量化销售目标；
2、对项目进行前期策划、定位，并据此进行项目推广、渠道开发、销售执行；
3、对项目竞争楼盘进行定期及不定期市场调研；
4、负责制定项目总体及分阶段的市场推广策略并有效执行，确保销售策略和实施计划的有效执行；
5、负责新客户和潜在客户的开发；
6、组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标。


招聘要求：
1、市场营销、管理类等相关专业；
2、五年以上房地产营销策划及销售管理工作经验；
3、具备优秀的销售技巧和公关能力，具有专业的谈判技巧，熟悉相关法律法规；
4、优秀的规划、组织、策划、分析、方案执行能力；
5、优秀的团队管理能力、组织协调能力和交流能力，能承受较大的工作压力。
