Qualifications：
？ University graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
？ CICPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification
？ 10 years relevant manufacturing Finance working experience in MNC, at least 5 years in supervisory or management position
？ Good knowledge in both China and US GAAP reporting
？ Good knowledge in China tax regulations
？ Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
？ Good sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail and goal-oriented.
？ Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills



Responsibility:
？ Be responsible for all Accounting, Finance, costing, taxation and treasury matters
？ Provide timely & accurate financial information by ensuring financial statements and reports are produced according to generally accepted accounting principles and on schedule
？ Supervise & monitor the daily operation of Finance Department to ensure smooth running of the department
？ Improve and enhance company internal control policies and accounting procedures
？ Be responsible for company annual budget, monthly forecast, cash flow management, costing
？ Liaise with auditors both internal and external
？ Liaise with the local tax authorities
？ Engage operation staff in financial decisions and make recommendations, if any to assist the operation staff in their managing of the Profit and Loss
？ Participate in any matters of financial importance
