Our client is a famous American enterprise in home appliance parts industry.

Job Title: HR specialist

Responsibilities:

· To understand department managers' recruitment needs.

· Execute recruitment plan and provide recruitment solutions.

· Follow up and evaluate candidates; make recommendations to HR manager.

· Participation in employee and candidate communication.

· To deliver training courses such as employee training and supervisory courses.

· Review and improve related training procedures.

· Assist HR Manager with recruitment and training programs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources;

· Fluent English communication, reading and writing skills.

· Minimum 4-5 years experience in Recruitment and Training, minimum 2 years

experience in a foreign investment company.

· Problem solver with excellent interpersonal, analytic and leadership skills.

· Electronics manufacturing industry experience preferred.
