Our client is a famous US-owned enterprise in rubber industry.

Position: Quality Supervisor
Location: Qingdao
Report to: QA Manager

Position Summary:
Ensure business compliance to quality plan and will continually improve systems to ensure ongoing business improvement and flexibility. Develop business process systems that are preventative in nature and provide high levels of control.

Job Responsibilities:
·Carry out internal audit, make sure to meet customer & registration company audit;
·Set-up, Maintain and improve ISO9001/TS16949 quality system and ISO14001 environment system
and OHSAS18001 safety management system;
·Develop, maintain and improve quality management system that attains quality objectives and
customer satisfaction;
·Initiate the research of customer complaint though various analysis methods, find out the main reasons,
complete the “improvement plan” and make sure the customers get the improvement plan;
·Make sure the effective communication and coordination with other departments;
·Responsible for quality document & record control, make sure document & record is well controlled, old
version is replaced on time, related people can get document on time, no missing. Trace ability is
maintained.
·Provide proper training and guidance to the related people.
·Other duties as requested.

Qualification
·Bachelor degree in chemical or polymer science engineering or equivalent;
·At least 5 years working experience in quality control area, Hose or rubber background is preferred;
·A good understanding and application of ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949;
·Good command of English both in written &spoken.
