Position Summary/职位综述:
·Be responsible for technical supporting for production line, developing and improving manufacturing process continuously , and improve productivity continuously.
负责生产线提供技术支持，制订及持续改进产品加工工艺， 持续生产效率。

Job Responsibility:
·Develop and improve the manufacturing process.
制订和不断完善产品的工艺。
·Solve the technical problem occurred in production line. Provide technical support to production line.
解决生产线上遇到的问题，给生产线提供技术支持。
·The design, manufacturing and maintenance of fixtures.
工装夹具及刀具的设计、制造和维护
·Participate in the investigation of new machining equipment.
参与新设备的调研
·Design and improve the layout in term of Lean concept.
按照精益生产的要求设计、优化车间布局.
·Be responsible for and participates in implementing Lean tools in the workshop, including VSM 5S, TPM, Setup
Reduction, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, standardized work.
负责, 参与实施车间的精益生产活动，包括价值流程图、5S、TPM、快速换活、连续流动的制造、标准化工作。
·Continuously improve the material flow and productivity continuously.
持续不断的改进物流和生产效率。

Qualifications(要求):
·Bachelor in Hydraulics or mechanical engineering or equivalent
本科以上学历，机械或相关专业
·Min. 5 years in maintenance field.
五年以上的CNC相关工作经验
·Good Self Management.
良好的自我管理
·Auto CAD certificate.
熟练使用Auto CAD
·Familiar with ISO9001 or relevant quality system.
熟悉ISO9001或相关的质量体系
·Good PC and English language knowledge
良好的计算机和英语水平，最好能交流。
·Familiar with Lean knowledge.
熟悉精益生产相关知识。
