Responsibilities

· Project Management and RF support for Korean Consumer Antenna projects at the manufacturing plant level.

· Support Sales and Product Management during customer visits to the manufacturing plant.

· Troubleshoot RF/design issues during production startup.

· Support TE Antenna manufacturing operations as needed.



Background and Skills

· BS in Electrical/RF Engineering required.

· Experience on either a major consumer device Antenna development or an Antenna manufacturers engineering team.

· Understanding of antenna manufacturing technologies.

· Experience using standard RF testing equipment such as VNA and Antenna test fixture setups.

· Experience bringing new antenna products to production in a manufacturing plant atmosphere a plus.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization
- Fluent in Spoken and Written Korean & Mandarin. Basic communication in English required.

· Flexible in working hours and regular travel.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Self-starter, willingness to make difficult decisions and do "whatever it takes" to satisfy the customer.
