Job Responsibilities:

Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement stamping section budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget; allocate sectional target to subordinates & monitor their performance; develop sectional headcount planning & budgeting

1.Policies and Procedures
Monitor the implementation of company’s policies, procedures and systems in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the stamping team members; review and approve the stamping-related WIs

2.People Management
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in order to achieve targeted section performance and retain key talent.

3.In-process Improvement
Review and lead the projects to optimize the production process; provide technical suggestions; and coordinate resources for the improvement projects


4.Process Management and Coordination
Supervise and balance the cross-unit operation processes, and coordinate to resolve the production issues in order to resolve process related issues and smooth over the production process.

5.Production Management
Lead the production planning and review the production report, monitor the production process; provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources in production & quality issues.


6.Equipment and FAA Management
Approve the equipment qualification and installation; review and approve the equipment-checking report;
Coordinate resources in resolving the FAA-related issues

Qualifications:
？College or equivalent in stamping related majors
？ 8 years related working experience, with 5 years management experience.
？ Communication skill, resource management, integrity, team work
？ Good written and oral English is perfect.
