职位描述
Report to: GM & North Asia EHS Leader
Responsiblitiies
1.Install and maintain company EHS guidelines and monitor the implementation.
2.Initiate and follow up improvement actions required by company audit at different level.
3.Follow up and monitoring EHS KPI, and improvement actions.
4.Be responsible for EHS related governments' liaison, to maintain the EHS permits and regulation conformance monitoring and investigation by governments.
5.Develop and implement a strong EHS performance culture throughout the organization with all levels of employees through communication processes, EHS process gap analysis, effective training solutions, EHS performance appraisal.
6.Implement outsourced EHS services control, including outsourced warehouse, dangerous waste treatment etc.
7.Identify and setup the risks matrix and approve work permit in plant.
8.Work together with HR on occupational health checking and monitoring the staff occupation health trend.
9.Firefighting system maintain to fulfill company and regulation requirements.
10.Setup and update the emergency network in plant.
11.Other tasks that could add value to EHS required by company.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in chemistry, safety, engineering, environment or equivalent;
2.Fluency in English reading and writing,listerning &speaking
3.At least 8 years experience in a chemical plant EHS with 3 years in management.
4.Familiar with formula based production, China EH&S laws and regulations,
5.Experience in ISO14001/OHSAS18001.
6.National Safety Engineer Certification preferred
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
