Job Content

1.Prepare bi-monthly & monthly Cash & Borrowing reports to Group Head Office.

2.Discuss with superior to improve the Treasury process flow from time to time and assist on implementation of new/revised operating procedure.

3.Coordinate with respective department heads / branches / operating units in obtaining the necessary information needed for purpose of .any Treasury matters.

4.Liaise with Company Secretary and notify banks on the change of authorised signatories of accounts and opening of new bank account by preparing the stipulated documentation to banks.

5.To do monthly filing for funding and any matters relating to treasury documentation.

6.Implementation of Integrity System, and as a support team member for the System.

7.Attend to matters as and when required by the Manager-Treasury.



Job Requirement

1.Diploma and above

2.Two to four years working experience (preferable banking experience)

3.Knowledge of basic banking operation matter

4.Computer applications (Microsoft Word & Excel)

5.Excellent written and oral English
