• 依客户订单转化原材料采购需求。
• 监控原材料存货状况。
• 从批准的供应商那里依程序采购原材料，确保得到充足的供应以满足所需。
• 与供应商配合确保持续，按时，准量供货。
• 与相关部门配合审核供应商并考核供应商绩效。
• 更新相关的系统, 及时书面或电子分期存档。
• 随采购需求波动修改或取消订单以便维持合理的库存水平。
• 若原材料消耗有显著变化应及时协同炼胶车间。
• 与库管员和发运员密切协作

• 有较好规划能力。
• 能适应在压力下工作。
• 熟悉采购领域。
• 有MRP系统知识。
• 沟通能力强。
• 能够在中/英文环境下沟通，书写和口头表达。

• Covert the Customer orders into RM requirements demand.
• Monitor RM level of inventory as per company policy.
• Raise the required documentation to procure RM from approved suppliers to ensure that there is sufficient RM to cover the requirements
• Work with suppliers to ensure that RM is delivered consistently on time and at the right quantity
• Support the related departments to qualify suppliers and monitor their performance
• Update the required systems, being it paper or computerised, with the data on a timely manner.
• Amend/cancel orders as per order fluctuations so as to maintain a right inventory level.
• Any future significant change in material consumption is to be flagged to the Mixing Facility.
• Work closely with Warehouse keeper and shipping clerk.

• High organised
