职位描述
Main Responsibility:
Technical support: Customer
Provide technical support to Customers and Service Providers.
Technical support: External and Internal
- Support all Customer Field Trials, known Product issues and implement corrective action as directed, through information gathering, parts sample collection, data retrieval and field investigation activities.
- Accommodate customers visit including presentation and factory tour.
Service Provider Network
- Control the Service Provider network in region to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of Service Agreement. (Parts inventory, training, tools etc.)
-Service provider audit.
Training:
- Conduct Trainings in the region, including documents prepare/transport, certificates printing and making, database update, tickets/hotel etc..
Warranty Support:
- Investigate warranty claims as directed by QA/QC, or Tinglev Service.
Communicate warranty directives to Service Providers and ensure compliance.
- Daily claim handling.
- Database update.
- Invoices for the warranty payment.
- Defect parts inspection and feedback to different departments.
Service Parts Support:
Actively encourage the purchase, maintenance of inventory and promotion of Star Cool Service Parts within the region.
Sales Support:
- Gather market intelligence relating to potential unit sales activity, competitor sales activity, unit volume activity and finished goods inventory.
- Promote Star Cool/MCI equipment in the field to all levels of Customer representatives.
- Visit customers in the region.
Commissioning external.
- Coordinate the commissioning between customer/SC and factory in outside.
- Investigate/solve the problems/questions raised by customers and factory.
- Supervise and feedback the quality/design/production issues to relative departments and follow up if the corrective method have been taken in time.
Assets protection and loss prevention.
Qualification :
Bachelor degree or above;
At least 5 years' experience in container reefer units industry;
Skilled English in written and oral
Be good at training technically and commercially both in Chinese and English;
Customer oriented;
Can travel in China and abroad independently and frequently;
Humbleness and uprightness.
