ob Objective工作目标:

- 管理生产现场质量审核、(包括相关质量信息处理、分析)并组织实施生产工艺过程审核。

- 管理在线检验员的日常工作，根据质量控制系统要求，开展质量活动、定期组织相关质量培训。

- 维护、更新质量控制相关文件。

- 对顾客要求或抱怨及质量改进提供支持

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

- 协助QC经理管理QC团队的日常工作，及与各部分之间的沟通配合。

- 组织实施过程, 最终产品的质量审核及相关试验, 定期评价分析，提供改进建议。

- 组织记载和保存规定的检验和试验记录，对所提供的检验数据的准确性和可靠性进行评估、核实。

- 组织实施生产工艺过程审核，定期评价分析，提供改进建议。

- 通过定期对质量现状的评价分析，对过程文件有效性或实施过程进行审核、维护、更新,并定期评估质量控制系统现状，提出改进建议.

- 根据质量控制系统要求，对相关人员进行定期培训。

- 对顾客要求或质量投诉，组织或支持相关部门实施改进措施并跟进监督。

Job Requirements工作要求:

- 本科及以上学历

- 大学英语4级以上

- 计算机技能: 办公自动操作知识

- 两年以上相关工作经验

- 接受数理统计知识教育，包括质量工具的运用，例如：“质量工程师”资格可以作为佐证

- 熟悉质量管理基本手法

- 熟悉汽车行业质量体系者优先

- 至少2年或以上工业企业现场质量工作经验，过程及产品评审经验

- 组织、沟通能力和团队合作精神
