Job Responsibilities工作职责:

1. Supervise and control the operation and performance of on site logistic team (warehousing, packing, transportation)

2. Correspond the logistic issues between SGHSS Shanghai and Qing Dao plant

3. Supervise and control the operation and performance of Qin Dao plant warehouses.

4. Monitor and supervise direct raw material, indirect materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods receiving, issuing, and delivery flow, to guarantee a daily scheduled and on time operation.

5. Supervise and Control the proper implementation of DCS and SAP system, guarantee the consistence between system and physical flow.

6. Monitor and control and inventory on site reach the target level. Provide warning and request adjustment when variance occurred or potential risk realized.

7. Manage and follow up the pallet demand, return & maintenance

8. Control and optimize the logistic cost.

9. 5S in his (her) team

10. Manage and control the proper implementation of logistic criterion of SGHSS Shanghai.

11. Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and

Job Requirements工作要求

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. CET-6 or above, Fluent in both written and spoken English

3. Excellence in MS Office.

4. More than 3years experience in logistics

5. Excellent leadership and team work

6. Quick learner and strong willingness to learn new knowledge.

7. Able to solve issue independently & quickly

8. Motivate and team spirit
