职位描述
工作目标: 协调生产过程中的各宗因素，保证生产流水线的正常、有序运行；对异常情况的处理和汇报。
工作职责: 生产领班向生产主管直接报告，配合生产主管执行下列各项工作。
- 本班生产过程中EHS、质量和效率的监督与管理；
- 生产过程管理标准及生产操作标准的执行与管理；
- 返工产品的生产过程制定、执行与管理；
- 领料单的核准签发,生产需要日常易耗品的申购和领用；
- 异常批次的检查、响应与参与改进工作；
- 物料供给及不良品种返工的相关协调与管理；
- 生产过程临时事故发生的及时处理；
- 操作流程的方法研究与改善；
- 所属人员的管理；
- 生产过程设备保养的执行及维修工作的协调；
- 夜班及假日代表生产主管掌握及管理工厂状况；
- 其他上级交办的相关工作。
工作要求
- 教育程度：中专或大专及以上学历，化学、化工相关专业；
- 工作经验：三年以上企业工作经验；至少两年相关领班经验；
- 能适应翻班作业；

Saint-Gobain Sekurit China will establish its third Chinese automotive glass plant in Qingdao, close to the Group’s float glass plant.
The first line of Qingdao plant will start production in the middle of 2012.
