职位描述
工作目标: 按计划执行机器设备的日常保养及故障处理，确保设备运作正常
工作职责:
- 保障车间设备生产运行的正常运转；
- 参与设备保养及抢修；严格遵守维修操作规程执行设备的日常巡检及保养计划，发现问题及时上报；
- 保管使用好维修工具和设施，做到工具齐全、设施完好，帐物相符；
- 配合维修主管做好维修人员的管理及维修人员的培训和指导；
- 按上级的要求定期对员工进行考评，监督其工作表现；
- 与生产及现场工程师做好沟通，及时掌握维修进度及备件情况；
- 服从指挥，认真完成上级领导交办的各项任务；
- 协助EHS开展工作，保障生产安全；
工作要求:
- 机电大专或以上学历；
- 5年以上工厂维修，2年以上领班工作经验；
- 良好的现场管理和实际操作能力；
- 良好的发现问题、解决问题的能力；
- 受过生产作业/维护管理方面的培训；
- 认真负责敬业，学习力强，有较强的责任心，能吃苦耐劳；

Saint-Gobain Sekurit China will establish its third Chinese automotive glass plant in Qingdao, close to the Group’s float glass plant.
The first line of Qingdao plant will start production in the middle of 2012.
