Supplier Coordinator-Job Description

We are now looking for dynamic, enthusiastic individuals to join the team at our Representative office in Cheng Yang, Qingdao. Supplier Coordinator
The role of an assistant merchandiser will be to work in a small team covering the following areas.
a) Support Logistics Department to get correct invoices from venders.
b) Send packing materials to overseas suppliers.
c) Confirming goods-in into IT system
d) Preparing customs documents from our IT system

Key Skills
? All applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English.
? Experience of imitation jewelry will be preferred.
