Head of QA - Qingdao Office

Key Responsibilities

? Work with quality control team and DCK supply base to ensure all products are produced to DCK specifications and quality standards.
? Supplier quality management systems analysis and improvement.
? Conduct monthly quality audit of suppliers using DCK best practice guide.
? Analysis of inspection data to set obtainable goals for suppliers.
? Oversee and evaluate finished product reliability and quality.
? Ensure suppliers comply with all EU product safety regulations.

Requirements

? Minimum of 4 years experience in manufacturing with emphasis on quality assurance.
? Preferred knowledge of jewellery manufacturing.
? Judgment and commercial awareness to plan and accomplish goals.
? Excellent understanding of souring and production.
? Some travel in China will be required.
? Fluent in Spoken and Written English and Chinese.
