职位描述

1. Key Accountabilities/Duties
1) Develop & execute existing key account sales target & growth strategies
a) Participate in the global sales efforts to develop & execute strategies to grow new business for the existing accounts.
b) Identify new product & service opportunities pertaining to GC, develop action plan to acquire new business. Ensure all Key Account Overview & Strategies documents are updated to reflect latest plan & status. Ensure action plan for assigned accounts on GC key account list are also developed & addressed.
c) Work with key account managers or global account support teams (sales, client managers, service integrity, engineering) to develop solutions and/or execute account strategies action plans for new scope of services. Conduct presentations on new services, response to RFP/RFQ/RFI, coordinate resources across the Company to make progress for GC new opportunities.
d) Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, review service performance & KPI performance (including APLL, vendors, 3rd parties & account) and identify opportunities to improve account's supply chain efficiency, proactively make recommendations to customer.
e) Timely address any service issues/failures or new requirements raised by the account. Solve critical service issues with country/regional operations or relevant functions such as IT/SI/Regional Account team.

2) Drive sales efforts for GC prospect accounts
a) Be part of global sales efforts, working with GC & other regions' sales & management teams to achieve GC annual sales targets in terms of volume, revenue & profitability.
b) Response and follow up sales leads from other regions. Provide timely response with adequate information to enable counterpart sales make progress on the opportunities. Conduct presentations to prospect customer visitors, explore new business opportunities & sell APLL advantages.

3) Build and maintain strong business relationship with existing & new accounts
a) Maintain regular contacts with GC key accounts. Obtain updates of accounts business strategies & directions.
b) Liaise customer events organized by the Company, attend dinner, attend customer entertainment activities, such as customer events organized by the Company, overseas visitors dinner, port tour, junk outing, and local customers if required.

4) Identify new CNS capabilities, products & services
a) Identify customers' new and/or longer-term requirements, market trends and 3PL industry's opportunities. Convey to respective internal solution teams.
b) Work with respective internal support teams (CNS product development, IT solution, Marketing, etc.) to productize CNS services in professional selling packages.

5) Align Key account management programs & SAM strategies for the assigned SAM accounts. Maintain regular contacts with SAM team.

6) Develop CNS/Key Account team capabilities
a) Conduct joint customer meetings and sales calls with key account managers
b) Coach team to enhance product knowledge and improve capabilities of key account managers
c) Improve service level & professionalism of key account managers

2. Requirements
1) University Degree holder or equivalent qualification
2) Min 6 years' working experience in the logistics environment with track record in Sales and Key Account Management
3) Knowledge and experience in logistics management, warehousing and distribution and other supply chain-related services.
4) Experience in project management. It will require managing customer logistics and developing procedures to ensure success of such projects.
5) Excellent presentation and communication skills.
6) Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
7) Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels.
8) Team player with the ability to work independently within deadlines.
9) Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt information technology to logistics solutions in order to enable customers' supply-chains.
