JOB SCOPE - Briefly describe the primary function of this job 职位职责介绍

? This positions primary function is to do perform production assembly , and ensure production schedule is on time, with no defects, all final inspection. 这个职位的主要职能是进行生产组装，并确保生产进度按时完成.
? Provide support to team as production operator, and supervise and train workers to ensure high quality, and efficient production. 做为生产协调员支持团队,并进行指导和培训工人以确保高品质高效率的生产.

1 Daily production assembly and testing of Machines and machine sub-assembly.

2 Train and supervise production workers as workers are allocated to the production team.
指导,培训工人并分配任务
3 Maintain all production area in clean and tidy condition at all times.
随时保证生产区域干净整洁
4 Ensure safe practices are used during all production operations/
确保生产操作的安全性
5 Ensure all parts are controlled, and production documentation maintained up to date. In good condition, and always should be available at work stations.

6 Work closely with Logistics Coordinator, to ensure production schedule is maintained..

7 Work closely with Warehouse Coordinator, to ensure accurate stock control, and safe handling of parts or machines. Ensure no damage to parts during handling, assembly and packaging.
与仓储协调员高度配合以确保库存无误,并保证零件在交接,组装以及包装的过程中完好无损.
8 Ensure all parts are returned to warehouse, and support warehouse supervisor to maintain clean and safe storage of parts, in correct locations.
用完零件要完好归放回库存区域并配合仓储协调员保管零件
9 Report to Quality Coordinator and quality problems of parts, found during handling, assembly and packing.
如发现零件在交接,组装以及包装过程中有任何损伤破坏及时汇报给质检工程师
10 Ensure the adherence by production staff to: 确保生产员工遵循以下：
? good workmanship practices 员工是否符合基本操作要求
? documented production procedures 员工对文件的操作
? the completion production/quality records 对产品的完成和质量的记录
11 Provide support to General Manager as required.给与总经理一定的工作支持如果有需要的的话。

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Describe the minimum level of preparation, training, and experience, as well as any special skills, which are required to competently perform the duties of this job.技能要求和相关经验

Skills 技能
? Machine assembly technical skills. Possibly from vocational training school.
熟练的机器组装的技能.相关的职业学校毕业优先考虑
? Able to multi-task and handle work pressures in a chaotic work environment. 能够承受一定的工作压力
? Excellent PC skills including a very good understanding of spreadsheets and their applications in production enviroment. 有熟练的电脑操作系统知识并对图表以及质检系统有所了解
? Prefer but not cirtical : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic English ability. And good presentation 具有基本的英语水平,熟练的书写和口语英语能力会优先考虑

? Self motivated person, with strong desire to learn.
有上进心,工作主动性强

Experience 经验
? At least 3 years experience in a senior role, in mechanical assembly of complicated machines.
至少三年以上的相关复杂机器组装上的工作经验
? Experience in implementing workplace cultural change will be a significant advantage 可以很好的协调中西方文化差异工作环境的管理经验的人才会优先考虑
? Demonstrable ability to manage/deal Chinese Culture, in developing good relationships. 可以处理好与客户之间的友好关系。
? Supervision experience, in similar mechanical assembly role.
有相关的管理层经验
? Experience in similar foreign company, preferred.在外企工作过会优先考虑

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION – 学历要求
This role requires a minimum level of Education to be proficient.
? Secondary School 初中以上文凭

Other Education and training would be advantageous: 如有以下的若干项技能会优先考虑：
? Vocational training in mechanical 相关机器专业的职高学校毕业
? Car Drivers Licence 有驾照
? ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 公司资源管理计划Forkift drivers licence. 有叉车驾照的

MANAGERIAL & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Describe the function (s) over which this job has direct accountability and authority – Budgetary and Staffing included. 管理以及监管职责

This role will have the authority to本职位有以下的几种权利:
? Allocate production duties 分配生产职责
? Reject poor quality parts to Quality Department for review 向质检部退还不合格产品零件
? Complete production orders 完成生产订单
? Ensure safe Assembly processes. 确保安全的组装过程
