Job Title: Production line operator 生产线操作工

Department: Production dep. 生产部

Report to: Shift leader 领班

Main Responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Ensure to produce qualified products

严格按照工艺要求和质量控制要求来进行生产;

2.Communicate with the shift leader timely, understand task , feedback the variations and defect

及时与领班进行沟通,明确生产任务,反馈生产异常和缺陷;

3.Accordance with the detail rules to do the shift change

按照交接班制度进行详细的交接班;

4. Tracking the WO closing rate, complete the daily report in SPM

跟踪订单完成情况,完成日报表的系统录入。

5.Study and implement the company's safety regulations,

认真学习和贯彻执行安全生产规章制度;

6.Implement the security measures, report the near-miss timely

落实安全防护措施,及时发现并上报不安全因素

7.Ensure the 5S in work area

确保工作区域的5S

8.Any other task assigned by shift leader

领班交给的其他工作;

Job Requirements岗位要求：

1.At least 1 year’s working experience in manufacturing plant

1年以上制造企业工作经验

2. Understanding of 5S and ISO system

了解5S 和ISO体系

4.Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力

4.Proactive,agility, quick learner

主动灵活，善于学习

5. Safety sense, obey labour disciplines and orders

具备安全意识，遵守劳动纪律，服从管理

6. Team player, can work under high-paced and pressure

团队合作，能适应高节奏的工作和压力
