OPERATION SPECIALIST -Locate in Qingdao (Huangdao)

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree with a major in International Trade preferred.

2. Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in a similar position in iron ore trade operation.

3. Good command of written and speaking English.

4. Knowledge of LCs, ICC, Incoterms & shipping related matters

5. Understands and responds appropriately to customers and trading team's needs.

6. Good Excel & Microsoft Word, PowerPoint preferable.

7. Willing to work under pressure; proactive.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Good attention to details.

Job Descriptions:

1. Review Purchase & Sales contractual terms.

2. Liaise with bankers for import/export LCs and bills settlement.

3. Provide detailed and regular updates of shipments/deliveries to seniors, and traders.

4. Take care of Cargo Quality claim issues, co-ordinate with clients on settlements.

5. Prepare reports related to outstanding payments/claims/bank costs/commission etc.

6. Support team manager to achieve tasks assigned by seniors.

7. Assist traders and be able to take on the trader' position in future.
