Job Description : Customer Assistant
Location： Qingdao

Job Description:

1. Issue PO&PI and place to suppliers/customers.

2. Confirm orders with both suppliers and customers;

3. Follow up the orders to ensure on time delivery;

4. Check and confirm shipping marks with both suppliers and customers.

5. Report to Sales/AM/PD in case of any serious delay.

6. Order contracts, supplier & customer information set up and filing.

7. Update product specification in systems and follow up.

8. Prepare shipping documents;

9. Prepare quarantine document before loading, prepare the CUSTOMS declaration after loading, making CO/FORM A and application timely.

10. Prepare report of orders and deliveries as requested.

Qualifications Requirement：
1. College education background

2. Speak, write, and read English in daily work
3. Over 3 years experience in related area, have experience in quarantine & CUSTOMS is plus.

4. Work seriously. Responsible. Methodical and Team work spirit.
