General Description of Role (Overview):

Reporting to the Assistant Manager/ Supervisor of Social Compliance. The primary focus is to conduct or monitor factory in-field inspections to ensure company's social compliance standards are met.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Perform announced and unannounced on site inspections to ensure factory fulfilling the company's social compliance standards
• Report findings and exceptions
• Hold CAP meeting and provide guidance to the factory representative as to how to take the corrective and preventive measures
• Conduct shadow audits with the auditors from the sourcing agents
• Conduct special investigations to detect abnormalities, if necessary
• Collect evidence, report findings and draft reports for supervisory review
• Conduct training and provide capacity building to the suppliers
• Assist in ad hoc projects such as environment sustainability and able to work independently on the projects when needed

Qualification for the Position (Working Experience, Education Level and etc.):

• College Degree
• 2-3 years experience, preferably in garment industry or 3rd party audit company
• A team player and strong sense of accountability
• Strong communication skills (dealing with people at all level)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel
