SCOPE:

• Manage trouble-shooting and maintenance for assembly equipment, control downtime. Optimize production line and improve process and quality. Design and qualify assembly device and jig. Design process and tooling in new product introduction, implement and review pilot run production. Train and coach technician and operator. Compile work instruction.
• 管理装配设备的维修和保养，管控装配设备的停机时间；优化产线和改善工艺质量；设计制作并验证装配工装夹具；新产品导入的装配工艺设计、实施和评审；培训指导技术员和操作员；编写作业指导书。

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Be good at wave soldering defects issue analysis and improving and capacity optimization..
• Be good at design for manufacture (DFM) analysis and PCB layout and DOE skills.
• New product process and assembly jig design, qualify and optimize.
• Train and coach technician and operator.
• New part process validation.
• Understand coating and potting process and equipments.
• Well understand equipment TPM management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good design skill for assembly jig, know well CAD and ProE software 良好的工装设计能力，熟悉CAD或者ProE等
• Good machine maintenance skill, know well wave soldering machine, strong trouble shooting skill 良好的设备维修能力，对焊接设备非常熟悉，动手能力强
• Good consciousness for machine maintenance , initiative ; improve machine efficiency and automation 良好的设备保养维护意识，执行能力强，并推动效率，提升自动化程度
• Good skill to analyze and solve problem 良好的分析和解决问题的能力
