Job Description:
Establish and maintain system for statistical reporting of product compliance
Supervises the internal audit process
Supervises and evaluates quality personnel performance
Supervises the internal and supplier product and process activity
Supervises and maintains the corrective action system Maintains associated budgets
Supervises the internal and supplier audit process
Supervises the warranty and return sales activity Prepares management and customer reports
Supervises the inspection laboratory Maintains and follows all system procedures and policies
Supervises and evaluates supplier quality personnel performance
Provides direction to Receiving Inspection. Maintains and follows TS-16949 procedures
Other duties may also be assigned and agreed as required. Travel up to 50% for short periods of time
Requirements:
Minimum of B.S. Degree (Engineering or Manufacturing Operations Preferred)
Five years minimum quality supervisory experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software ASQ certification (Preferred)
