Responsibility:
-Set up internal control policy; In charge of SOX compliance; be responsible for E&Y/internal annual audit (both SOX and financial statement);
-Review & approval all the financial accounting and management accounting activities of the company;
-Drive company's 3-year goal;
-Prepare and review annual budgets, quarterly forecast and weekly scorecard report to ensure that cost / sales ratios are maintained to company guidelines;
-Approval all Purchase order, Sales order, T&E expense;
-Maintain and control cost, Fixed Assets Purchase to run on budget; monitor E&O Inventory;
-Frequently participate in regular meetings both with the US headquarter and internal departments;
-Supervise, train and develop finance staff;
-Comply with all applicable laws, Stanley BCG and other company policies
-Comply with EHS requirements.


Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree Holder, majored in Accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred
-More than 8 year's related working experience in Joint Venture or Wholly Owned FE;
-Familiar with US GAAP
-English Band CET-6+, Good oral English is must ;
-Skillful in PC operation, especially EXCEL.
-Careful and honest
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
