AGE: 33-45 years old                                             

EDUCATION: Bachelor or above degree in Engineering/ Logistics or relevant
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 10 years relative experience in Logistic Field, 
 
Duties:
-Monitoring the logistics flows during the whole product lifecycle, through the coordination of activities within the Plant and liaison with the customers according to the SC HQ general rules
-Definition, together with Plants/JV, SC HQ and Purchasing Function,  the FPT Far East industrial operational schedule (P.O.) and its integration in terms of production volumes, manpower, Bill of Material and supplies
-Prevention of critical problems arising in logistics flows, establishing priority action plans
-Monitoring the supplier's production capacity (bottleneck activity)
-Development of logistic flows from/to Best Cost Countries according to the company global sourcing plans (Purchasing, Business Development, International Operation, SC HQ)
-Improvement and optimization of Supply Chain processes through the study and introduction of new measuring systems in according to the WCM principles and SC HQ general rules
-Monitoring, support, follow up the main optimization activities following the WCM principles  
-KPI monitoring: service level at final customer, capital inventory, logistic cost (transport & handling)
-Follow up for new products development activities (pointing out potential road block) according to Platform, Purchasing, Product Engineering, SC HQ
-Managing Phase Out
 
REQUIREMENTS:                        
-Competence in modelling of logistic pipeline and process definition
-Experience in scheduling, planning and production control, manpower analysis 
-Experience in logistic tender, negotiating contract terms with Logistic Service Provider
-Grounding in Lean Production and Toyota Production System

LANGUAGE:Native Chinese. Excellent English skills. Italian language is a plus.
