Responsibilities:
Leads senior leadership team in developing strategic plans and identifying projects that help achieve strategic business initiatives and cost reduction opportunities within the manufacturing/supply chain.
Project management of key initiatives and cost reduction programs. Manage and drive projects to completion, while maintaining project timeline and established budget.
Drive cost improvements using cross functional approaches and translating product group strategy into productivity gains or procurement activities.
Developed business trackers and metrics to report to corporate documenting our progress toward corporate objectives
Closed coordinate with outstanding quality assurance system and running with continuously improvements
Overview of facilities maintenance in a fast response and cost effective to support production.
Monitors operations and purchasing activities, align team with corporate/Division goals, driving rhythm, corrective actions to achieve operations excellence.
Essentail Skills & Experience:
BS degree Engineering related / M.S. Advanced Degree preferred
10 years above experience in a FDI/JV Manufacturing environment, 5 years above managerial position that report to GM/Oversea top level.
Solid experiences of manufacturing leadership, hardware background is preferable.
Strong Sense of team work, cost reduction and objectives orientated.
Understand advanced Lean/Kaizen principles and applicable tools.
Leadership skills in a matrix organization, excellent communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and management skills
Knowledgable of manufacturing business financials
Excellent English, no barrier work with English natives both oral and documents.
