Main Responsibilities
1) Select and set up suitable machining process, operation routing;
2) Provide needed machining process documents, parameters, instructions;
3) Focus on machining quality, as well as best matching between efficiency and cost;
4) Select, design, provide optimal machining inserts, tooling and fixture;
5) Provide necessary machining operation, programming training to operators;
6) Take part in the new investment in machining equipment;
7) Join in supplier selection, qualification, provide tech. support to outsourcing activities;
8) Take charge of machining efficiency improvement, solve quality problem;
9) Other tasks assigned along with business and personal development.

Qualification
1) Mechanical machining or similar knowledge university educated;
2) 3-5 years experience direct machining tech support experience;
3) Knowledge and experience both with manual lathe &milling as well as CNC machining is preferred;
4) Experience in foreign companies is preferred;
5) Sound English level in reading, speaking and writing;
6) Experience in ERP BOM &RTG will be a plus;
6) Competent in using AutoCAD and EXCEL, PPT and other office software.
