JOB SCOPE - Briefly describe the primary function of this job 职位职责介绍

? This position’s primary function is to ensure all TNA production in maintained to the required high Quality Standards. 首要职责是确保所有来自中国供应商提供制造的生产零件符合TNA公司的质量要求以及保证零件的高质量的标准。
? Manage the implementation of engineering changes for established/release products, while strictly all sensitive information and ensuring company IP protection. 及时的对产品设计的研发以及修改做出相应的执行，并且能够对公司的产品专利严格保密。

JOB DUTIES - List six to eight of the most important duties using concise and comprehensive statements. Begin with the most important duty. 职位职责（至少能够达到以下至少6个到8个的陈述要求）
1 Ensure all production Quality is maintained to the TNA High quality standard , for all assembly areas.
确保生产的零件符合TNA高质量标准要求
2 Develop Production documentation to support assembly and testing of machine assembly
准备生产质量报告以确保机器零件组装的测试
3 Coordinate/ implement new production assembly processes, for all area, including mechanical , electrical and Electro-mechanical assembly.

4 Provide feedback and support to Supplier Quality Coordinator, on any supplied part quality issues, which affect production assembly, or product quality.

5 Respond to customer complaints on any Quality issues resulting from Production Assembly. Coordinate corrective action for any improvements required for production processes.

6 Work closely with senior Quality Engineer from TNA Australia on achieving desired level of quality.紧密地与澳大利亚TNA 公司的高层质量监督的工程师进行定期的沟通合作以确保对产品的质检工作正常的进行。
7 Ensure the adherence by production staff to: 确保生产员工遵循以下：
? good workmanship practices 员工是否符合基本操作要求
? documented production procedures 员工对文件的操作
? the completion production/quality records 对产品的完成和质量的记录
8 Provide support to TNA Buyer’s in coordinating when inspection is required of each supplier order/ delivery, to ensure delivery schedule is not affected. 核实每个供应商的订单以及交货日期以确保交货计划不受影响
9 Provide support to General Manager as required.给与总经理一定的工作支持如果有需要的的话。

? Extensive knowledge of the following aspects in mechanical parts manufacture, mechanical and electrical Assembly.对制造业机械生产类以及机电类方面知识要有综合的知识掌握,包括:
o Complex Mechanical Assembly 机械组装的丰富经验
o Machined parts fitment standards机加工配件的标准
o Electrical Assembly, cable connections电子的组装,电缆的接头
o Electrical Testing 电子类的测试
? Able to multi-task and handle work pressures in a chaotic work environment. 能够承受相应的工作压力
? Proficient in use of CAD Engineering Design packages, and ability to read Engineering drawings, perform mark-up’s where required.熟练地运用工程设计CAD系统，并精通工程机械图纸
? Excellent PC skills including a very good understanding of spreadsheets and their applications within a quality inspection environment. 有熟练的电脑操作系统知识并对图表以及质检系统有所了解
? Detail oriented, Numeracy skills to - calculate, record, graph , SPC, PPAP, FMEA 注重细节，有数字方面的能力包括对计算，记录，图标以及SPC，PPAP，FMEA的掌握
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient/ fluent in English and Chinese 有一定的英文书写和口语能力。
? Ability to deal with difficult HR issues. 可以处理公司内部同事之间的关系并与供应商之间保持良好的合作关系，专业的工作态度，并有很好的团队精神

Experience 经验
? At least 3 years experience in similar role, production/ process engineering
至少三年以上在生产和质检上的相关工作经验
? Experience in Complex Mechanical Machine assembly and production.
有在复杂的机械类组装和生产方面的经验
? Experience in Electrical Assembly, electrical Cabling Connections, Electrical testing.
在电子类,电缆连接以及测试上的经验会优先考虑
? Experience in implementing workplace cultural change will be a significant advantage 可以很好的协调中西方文化差异，有在外企工作经验的会优先考虑
? Demonstrable ability to manage/deal Chinese Culture, in developing good relationships. 有能力管理并保持与客户之间的友好关系。
? Experience in Translation of Drawings from English to Chinese. 可以看懂英文的制图并可以正确地传达信息给供应商 。
? Experience in International trade, exporting to companies outside of China. 在国际贸易，出口方面有一定的工作经验会优先考虑

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION – 学历要求
This role requires a minimum level of Education to be proficient.
? Degree In Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 机械工程、电子专业 大学或大专

Other Education and training would be advantageous: 如掌握以下若干项技能会优先考虑：
? CAD Design CAD设计
? Electrical Drawings 电子类的制图
? ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 公司资源管理计划
? Quality Process Control (Quality Management). 质量技监管理

MANAGERIAL & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Describe the function (s) over which this job has direct accountability and authority – Budgetary and Staffing included. 管理以及监管职责

This role will have the authority to本职位有以下的几种权利:

? Reject Supplier Delivery 有权拒绝供应商的货品
? Design production Assembly process/ fixtures 设计生产组装过程/卡具
? Approve final tested , assembled products from production. 批准最后的测试以及组装
? Stop Production of poor quality products 有权停止没有达到质量要求的产品的生产
? Control all company drawings to protect company IP as required.保管公司的设计制图以保证对产品专利的保护。
