职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责项目设计的全面管理与协调，参与设计单位的考察与推选，组织编制项目设计任务书及设计合同；
2、 负责项目的设计委托工作和设计评审工作；
3、 负责编制项目设计的详细计划并落实；
4、 负责对设计单位的设计过程进行跟进配合、控制设计成果，并对本专业各阶段设计图纸进行
审查，提出审查意见；
5、 参与各阶段设计、材料设备招标以及现场施工配合过程中的关键工作；
6、 编制设计管理工作文件和相关流程；
7、 进行规划设计的知识管理，组织对产品形态进行研发，开发适应市场需求的产品概念；
8、 定期完成项目设计工作总结，将经验和教训形成文字记录。
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，建筑学、建筑设计等相关专业；
2、八年以上建筑及相关专业设计管理经验；
3、五年以上设计院工作经历，三年以上大型房地产企业相关工作经历；
4、熟悉国内建筑、结构、材料、验收及设计规范和先进之建筑方法及模式，熟知政府部门的有
关审批程序及流程；
5、具有灵活处理设计及施工问题的专业能力；
6、具有注册建筑师资格者优先。
