工作职责：
1、营销计划、方案的制定、监督和实施；
2、组织开展品牌推广、营销策划相关工作；
3、参与项目策划，建议销售的策略；
4、指导并监控销售工作的实施情况，提供销售状况报告和改进意见；
5、带领并培训营销团队，完成公司总部下达的各项指标。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、5年以上地产行业销售管理经验，并具有一定的一线销售经验；
3、参与并主管过3个以上地产项目的销售，同时管理2个以上的项目；
4、善于发现问题，同时具备良好的解决分析问题能力。
