1、对公司法律事务文件、各类合同等进行审查、报批并整理归档；

2、处理企业业务过程中的相关法律手续，保证企业经济行为的合法性；

3、协助各类合同的谈判、签约和履行等工作；

4、负责公司证照、印章等的管理工作；


岗位要求：

1、法律专业统招本科及以上学历，经验丰富的学历可放宽至大专；

2、一年以上中型规模企业法务相关工作经验；

3、具备良好的沟通能力及文字写作能力；

4、具备房地产行业工作经验者优先考虑；
