职位描述
岗位职责：
1、提出招标工程标底编制思路和框架，复核招标工程标底；
2、审核招标文件，授权下参与招标工作；
3、审核投标资料分析报告，提出意见。
4、参与设计方案的论证，就影响工程造价的设备、材料选型、材料作法提出意见；
5、审核各项工程预算执行分析报告，提出意见；
6、根据工程变更情况，提出工程变更的估算；
7、施工结束后，参与工程竣工验收，审核预算执行情况；
8、根据工程造价市场信息，追踪市场变化，定期提供相关报告；
9、分析设计、施工、设备、材料等的市场价格信息；
10、授权下参与财务部组织的专项决算和项目决算编制工作；
11、负责对项目公司成本工作的管理组织工作；
12、根据各种已竣工工程的相关资料，进行工程造价分析，形成报告。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，工程管理、工程造价相关专业；
2、8年以上从事合同管理及工程造价工作经验，三年以上专业顾问公司或大型地产公司相关工作经验；
3、熟悉工程预算、付款、结算及工程审计，熟悉FIDIC，JCT及国家标准版本合同条款；
4、具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
