Responsibilities:
- To execute Department’s corporate banking strategy under guidance of Supervisors.
- To explore new relationship and manage existing relationship.
- To understanding the Bank’s strategy and situation, maximize return using the bank’s capital and resources

in efficient manner and in cooperation with various departments and sections of the Bank.
- To continuously conduct credit monitoring to minimize credit cost.
- To monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / services for the bank.
- To provide guidance to subordinates in Guangzhou Team.

Requirements:
- University graduates.
- At least 10 years in corporate banking or financial services industry; 5 years or more as relationship manager

is preferred.
- Good relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, negotiation and

presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loan.
- Strong sense of banking and finance products in PRC market.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both in written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy. .
