Responsibilities:

1. Supplier tooling design concept approval

2. Release the tooling after the product release

3. Supplier tooling cost verification

4. Tooling status review at suppliers during the normal product production

5. Tooling lifetime and scrapping evaluation

6. Annual tooling investment budget planning and monitoring

7. Support supplier development engineer, material planner and other project about tooling related problems solving

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years' working experience in die-casting tooling industry

3. Know well about the tooling structure, manufacturing and tryout process

4. Know well about the tooling cost structure

5. Good command of English written skills at least

6. Good communication skill and presentation skill

7. Good negotiation or analysis skill

8. Team work player, target oriented

9. Good die-casting process parameter adjustment experience is preferred
