Responsibilities:

l. Defining, implementing, and supporting the company IT infrastructure.

2. Supporting local users and office IT infrastructure to include workstations, servers, printers, networking,

3. User daily support and helpdesk/external service management

4. IT PC software Installation / Distribution support

5. IT Server infrastructure / VMware management

6. IT SAN storage / data backup and recovery management

7. IT VoIP voice communication system management

8. Printer / IT public meeting room resource management

9. IT group project cooperation and local support

10 IT document management

11 IT device and service purchasing cooperation

Qualifications:

l. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred

2. Strong analytical and communications skills.

3. 3+ years of experience in Information Technology (3+ years working experience in middle/large foreign company preferred.).

4. Professional knowledge in Microsoft Windows server / Vmware / SAN storage /Symantec NBU / Cisco Voip system, MCSE / VCP / CCVP preferred.

5. Willing to take responsibility for the challenging daily work (muliti-tasks / project support), good patience for user training/troubleshooting.

6. Good oral, reading and writing English
