Responsibilities

- Responsible for the management of maintenance. Keep the machines/facilities available and stable.
- Responsible for the achievement of maintenance KPI targets. (including machines and facilities in the factory)
- Manage the people works at maintenance and motivate/evaluate them.
- Contributes to defining the processes of maintenance/machine operation and monitors their implementation.
- Supervises the implementation of the company’s policy and regulation.
- Responsible for the respect of EHS rules of maintenance workers and electricians.
- Lead TPM for the factory (preventive maintenance, shutdown time analysis & improvement)
- Set up maintenance system of the company.
- Has the responsibility of the budget relating to the maintenance costs of the plant.
- Participates in the choices of machine and facility investments.
- Adjust and maintain new production equipment.
- Layout of facilities in workshop.
- Manage the spare parts.
- Any other assignment from management.

Requirements

- University degree with mechanical or related majors.
- More than 3 years proven experience of related responsibility.
- Foreign company’s working experience will be preferred.
- Be familiar with manufacture process of machining parts. Familiar with Winding/Plastic/Stamping/Electrical Testing machines will be much preferred.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Good command of computer, Auto CAD.
- Team work and collaboration approach.
- Honest, open minded, task oriented and fast learner.
