We are an international freight forwarder doing global transportation business. With worldwide networks supports, we developed fast in the past 15 years..Right now, due to business expansion, we wud like to recruit new blood into Qingdao team. WFS can provide an excellent platform to the young generation who are ambitious and aggressive.

The Job - CSR position:

- To be responsible for processing daily R/O assignments to take care of overseas agents.
- To achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers’ needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100% compliance.
- To develop new business based on current platform.

Qualifications:
- More than 3 years working experiencee in freight forwarding industry, either Ocean or Air .
- Bachelor degree required.
- CET - 4 or above, can use English as working language,includes both written n spoken.
- Able to undertake stress n work over time.
- Understand WFS company culture.
- Female preferred.
