职位描述:
1、负责店铺产品的运营推广与优化，有效提升店铺流量及成交转化；
2、组织运营官方与第三方活动的策划与执行，有效控制影响活动成败的各关键环节；
3、熟识运营推广的策略和方式，根据产品推广的不同时期，有效应用直通车、淘宝客、钻展等；
4、产品推广能够结合店铺自身，做出市场预判及推广规划。

岗位要求:
1、喜爱且愿从事茶文化行业，1-3年店铺运营推广经验；
2、热爱电子商务，善于学习，积极端正。

其他说明
1、全职，灵活工作时间支持调休；
2、待遇3000-6000，底薪+提成；
2、试用期1-3个月，视岗位适应度及工作实际而定。
