职位描述

Job Responsibility:

Reception:

- Receive and direct visitors mannerly, maintain visitors registration record;

- Handle switchboard, receive and transfer phone calls in a professional way;

- Manage Clock in & out system;

- Coordinate office car for business travel;

- Receive and distribute mail, parcels and samples;

- Act as the window for Admin team responding to all inquires.


Office management:

- Ensure office cleaning & maintenance efficiency and effectiveness;

- Manage company fixed asserts, low value assets and office tools;

- Office layout support;

- Ensure sample room clean and orderly.


Safety & Security:

- Ensure compliance with office and risk management in safety & security routines;

- Assist and facilitate training related with safety & security;

- Support local Administration Manager in the development and implementation of emergency response plan;

- Quick response and action taking to internal and external incident.


Vendor Management:

- Office supply management such as access card, stationary, name card, drink, fruit, cookies etc.

- Vendor management such as cleaning agency, landlord, car renting company, courier service company etc.


Communication:

- As communication local responsible, main responsibilities are translation, information posting, big events support, survey coordination and participating communication projects etc.


Other tasks assigned by Administration Manager


Qualification:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communication, English or related majors;

- Related experience in administration area in international companies is prefered;

- Good interpersonal skills, open-minded, independent, organized, self-driving and good working attitude;

- Good at written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
