1、为生产提供建议、方案，包括设备的购置、流程的设计、人员的配置等；
2、在生产过程中,从事指导和参数控制等工作，监督酒的理化分析操作和指标调整，控制酒品关键性技术指标并确保所有关键性指标或目标的达成
3、根据公司需要，参与研发新产品；
4、组织技术应用方面的培训工作；
